    The effects vary from pretty bad to very bad, it's pretty standard when you think about the production house it came from. The only reason you might be even slightly surprised by how bad it is, is that the director is also somehow responsible for _Commando, Firestarter_ **and** _Class of 1984_ in the 80s. _Final rating:★½: - Boring/disappointing.
